ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY

This Online Privacy Policy ("Policy") is a part of and is incorporated into the Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") for the danielsfund.org website.  Danielsfund.org is a website ("Site") of the Daniels Fund, a charitable private foundation organized under the laws of Colorado. Certain capitalized terms used here are defined in the Agreement.

We respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected from you. This Policy applies to information collected about you upon access to the Site. This Policy guides how we collect, store and use the information you provide online.  This Policy applies only to websites maintained by Daniels Fund and not to websites maintained by other unaffiliated organizations to which we link.

What Information We Collect From You

We use both Personal Information and public information collected about you to carry out business activities in connection with our charitable programs. Information obtained during your Site visit may be used to examine the patterns of Site usage in order to improve the Site design and functionality.

Other parties with websites accessible through this Site may require you to disclose Personal Information in order to register for or gain access to their information or services. Your Personal Information will be subject to the privacy policy and practices of the other party. Daniels Fund is not responsible for the privacy practices and policies of the other party whose information or services are available through this Site. What Information Do We Share With Others

We do not, except as noted below, share or disclose your Personal Information with other parties for any purpose which is not related to Daniels Fund business activities.

Our service providers are obligated to keep Personal Information we share with them confidential and use it only to provide services specified by us.

We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, comply with legal process (including subpoenas), protect the property and rights of Daniels Fund, or a third party, enhance the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.
