A Daniels Fund associate will be available during your meeting set-up time to provide limited assistance with technology. Organizations are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of meeting rooms they use. A 30-minute window will be automatically applied to the start- and end-time of your Meeting Space reservation to allow for set-up and clean-up.

At the conclusion of your meeting, please be sure to:

  • Return tables and chairs to the original layout configuration
  • Remove trash and recycling to catering kitchen and replace liners
  • Place catering items in the catering kitchen for pickup if required
  • Remove or dispose of food and beverages
  • Wipe down tables and surfaces as needed
  • Return cables or cords to the equipment box
  • Check out with the Guest Experience Associate, or other Daniels Fund associate

We want to give all guests the same courtesy of entering into a clean and comfortable space. Daniels Fund associates will not be available to assist with set-up and clean-up.

For meals or other food for your meeting, please use one of our approved caterers.

Please ensure the catering company identifies both your organization’s name and the contact person on the paperwork that will accompany your food delivery. Also, please make sure that you arrive before your caterer.

Organizations are welcome to bring snacks that do not require heating or refrigeration. Please provide plates, cups, napkins, and any utensils necessary for your guests.

Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the lobby area and hallways, as other Meeting Space guests and our associates are working hard nearby.

Please do not bring:

  • Alcohol
  • Balloons
  • Confetti or glitter, as it gets embedded in the carpet
  • Candles, incense, or open flames (with the exception of chafing fuel needed for catering only)
