Nyomi Davis

2020 Daniels Scholar
blank
“Being a Daniels Scholar means you’re never doing it alone. I’ve met people I never would’ve known otherwise, and we’ve been through a lot together. It’s like this big family that just gets it.”

Nyomi graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Socio-legal Studies. She completed an internship on Capitol Hill with Senator Markwayne Mullin and is currently making a difference as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the Denver foster care system. This fall, she will embark on her next adventure, attending law school at CU Boulder on a full ride.

Daniels Scholars become part of a close-knit, values-driven community that spans four states and beyond. From the moment they’re selected, students connect with peers who support and challenge them. This shared experience builds lasting friendships and creates a network of encouragement and accountability throughout college.
