Director, Grants Program
The Director, Grants Program will serve as a pivotal leader in shaping and elevating the Daniels Fund’s grantmaking. This leader will oversee the full grantmaking lifecycle, from application and evaluation through reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role carries significant responsibility for stewarding financial resources, strengthening grantee partnerships, and ensuring every aspect of the program reflects Bill Daniels’ values and donor intent. The Director will drive measurable impact and return on investment, bringing rigor, innovation, and strategic clarity to the grants function.
Event Planner
The Event Planner designs and delivers purposeful gatherings that unite people to connect and celebrate the impact of Bill Daniels and the Daniels Fund. From the earliest spark of an idea to the final farewell, this position approaches every event with care and intentionality, ensuring that each detail reflects a greater purpose. Entrusted with creating experiences that embody Bill’s values, hospitality, and commitment to excellence, the Event Planner will help inspire others to carry forward the Daniels Fund’s enduring legacy of generosity.
Scholar Success Manager
The Scholar Success Manager plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the Daniels Fund by ensuring Daniels Scholars are supported, empowered, and positioned for long-term success. As a leader within the Scholarship Program, the Scholar Success Manager reports to the Senior Vice President, Scholarship Program. In this role, the Manager leads core components of the Scholar Support strategy, oversees day-to-day execution of advising and engagement initiatives, and contributes to the continuous improvement of scholarship services. This position is instrumental in ensuring the one-on-one, relationship-driven scholar support approach continues to flourish as the program evolves.
Scholar Success Officer
The Scholar Success Officer plays a hands-on role in guiding Daniels Scholars to succeed in college and beyond. This position combines individualized student coaching, data-informed decision making, and program execution to ensure Scholars receive the personalized support central to the Daniels Scholarship Program.
