Our communities are going through an unprecedented and difficult period as we deal with the COVID-19 outbreak. We hope you and your family and friends are staying safe and healthy during this challenging time.

Due to the situation, the Daniels Fund Meeting Space will be closed through the remainder of 2020 to protect the health and safety of our guests.

Scheduling or Canceling a Reservation

How to Reserve Meeting Space

  • Fully review the Meeting Space Guidelines and Good Neighbor Parking Instructions
  • To reserve meeting space, complete our online Meeting Space Request Form
  • We will contact you within two business days to let you know the status of your request.
  • If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Daniels Fund at 303.393.7220 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  • Meeting Space may be requested up to 4 months in advance.
  • Reservation requests are considered in the order received.
  • A single event may not exceed 3 consecutive days, and we may limit the total number of meetings for an organization within a given time frame.

How to Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and provide your name, the name of the organization, and the meeting date(s) to be cancelled.

Please send a cancellation at least 10 business days prior to the meeting. This allows us to offer the space to other organizations. We understand that severe weather or other urgent situations may cause cancellations with less advance notice. In the event the Daniels Fund is closed due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will notify your organization as soon as possible.
