Bill Daniels posthumously honored by
Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame

DENVER – Bill Daniels, cable pioneer, businessman, and Daniels Fund founder, was posthumously honored at the 16th annual Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame on March 18, 2015. Bill was one of the four individuals inducted into the 2014 Tourism Hall of Fame at Visit Denver Foundation's annual awards ceremony.

As stated in the event program, "Bill Daniels was a born entrepreneur and is widely considered one of the great business visionaries of the twentieth century. His brilliance in business was matched by his sincere compassion for people and his desire to help those in need."

The Denver & Colorado Tourism Hall of Fame was created to recognize outstanding individuals who, through their leadership, dedication and professionalism, have made significant contributions to the travel industry in Denver and Colorado. This year's inductees bring the number of total honorees to 53.
