Meeting Space Use and Policies:

Eligible Organziations
The meeting spaces at the Daniels Fund are available free-of-charge to nonprofit organizations engaged in charitable activities benefiting the people of Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico or Utah.

Exceptions may be made for national organizations that fit the charitable mission of the Daniels Fund.

Use of the Daniels Fund Meeting Space does not indicate support of your group/ organization or lack thereof.

In the event multiple requests are made for the same space, preference is given to participants or supporters of the Daniels Scholarship Program, or to nonprofits aligned with the seven program areas of the Daniels Fund Grants Program:

Aging
Alcoholism and Substance Abuse
Amateur Sports
Disabilities
Education
Homeless and Disadvantaged
Youth Development

Types of Meetings
The facilities are designed for meetings such as board meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and annual planning meetings. The facilities are not available for fundraising, political or social events. Organized press conferences are not allowed at the Daniels Fund.

Frequency of Use
We encourage organizations to use our facilities for meetings of special importance but are mindful of the number of their requests so that the facilities are available to a variety of other organizations.

To accommodate multiple groups, meeting space requests are limited to no more than three consecutive days.

Fees
There is no rental charge for rooms and equipment.

Charges for any damages to facilities or equipment may be forwarded to the organization using meeting space.

Re-cooping catering costs is acceptable. All other costs must be appoved in advance. Please contact Tamara Teruel, Operations Associate, with details.

Technology Policies
Limited guest internet access is available in all conference rooms. Below is the list of the limited use:

  • Internet access is limited to world wide web only. No custom ports, services, or VPN access is allowed on the guest network.
  • Network equipment, other than laptops or desktops, cannot be connected to the guest network.
  • Network equipment, such as wired and wireless routers, cannot be connected to the guest network at any time.

The Fund will not discriminate in any way against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, or disability. The Daniels Fund complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination, such as:
