How to Schedule Meeting Space:

To schedule meeting space at the Daniels Fund, please follow the steps below:

  • Review the Meeting Space Guidelines.
  • Print and completely fill out the Meeting Space Request and Acknowledgement forms.
  • Fax the Meeting Space Request Form, Acknowledgement Form, and your 501 (c)(3) letter to 720.941.4223.
  • Once your fax is received you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours (if received during business hours)..  If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Tamara Teruel, Operations Associate, or resend your form. 

To cancel a reservation for meeting space

Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation for meeting space, please e-mail Tamara Teruel, Operations Associate, at tteruel@danielsfund.org and include the name of your organization, as well as the date for which the meeting space was reserved. Cancellation must be done via e-mail. Please note that notification of the cancellation of a meeting must be received 24 hours in advance. Inclement weather or other urgent situations will be taken into consideration.
