How to Schedule Meeting Space

  • Review the Meeting Space Guidelines.
  • Print and complete the Meeting Space Request Forms.
  • Fax the Meeting Space Request Forms Acknowledgement to (720) 941-4223.
  • Once your fax is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 business hours.  If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the Operations Associate at (303) 393-7220 or resend your form.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, please include the parking instructions with your invitations to your guests. Accessible parking is available upon request.

How to Cancel Your Reservation

Should it be necessary to cancel your meeting space reservation, please e-mail the Operations Associate, at meetingspace@danielsfund.org, at least 24 business hours in advance; this allows us an opportunity to open the space to other organizations.   In your email, please include the name of your organization, as well as the date for which the meeting space was reserved.  Inclement weather and other urgent situations will be taken into consideration.  In the event Daniels Fund has to close the building due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will notify your organization as soon as possible.
