How the Daniels Fund Scholarship has impacted my life:

Please describe what it means to you to be a Daniels Scholar:     What it means to be a Daniels Fund Scholar is to be a role model. It means that outside people have taken notice of my potential and that gives me even more incentive to succeed.

What do you like most about being in college?     I like the whole experience being away from home but more specifically the schedule. It’s a lot different than high school and I like the change.

What has been the greatest challenge so far in college?    My greatest challenge so far is dealing with the amount of work that is required of you on a consistent basis. Unlike high school, the assignments are given and you are expected to have it done by this day, no exceptions.

What advice would you offer someone who is applying to become a Daniels Scholar?     Don’t doubt yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you that you don’t deserve to be a Daniels Scholar because that drive to just be successful is what will set you apart from everyone else.
